At Sk Star Studio NH2 Ora,Aurangabad,Bihar We are committed to delivering high-quality photography and videography services with transparency and professionalism. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any service.
1. Data Delivery & Payment
- All final deliverables (videos, albums, pendrive, etc.) will be released only after full payment has been received.
- Clients must collect their digital content within 30 days of finalization. Delayed collection may lead to data loss, Then Sk Star Studio will not be responsible.
- If original/raw data is requested, clients must provide a working external hard drive (HDD or SSD) for transfer.

- सभी (वीडियो, एल्बम, पेनड्राइव, आदि) पूरा भुगतान प्राप्त होने के बाद ही प्रदान किए जाएँगे।
- ग्राहकों को अंतिम रूप दिए जाने के 30 दिनों के भीतर अपनी डिजिटल सामग्री एकत्र करनी होगी।
- देरी से संग्रहण से डेटा हानि हो सकती है, जिसके लिए SK स्टार स्टूडियो ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
- यदि Raw डेटा मांगा जाता है, तो ग्राहकों को स्थानांतरण के लिए एक कार्यशील बाहरी हार्ड ड्राइव (HDD या SSD) प्रदान करनी होगी।
2. Technical Disclaimer
- All shoots are conducted using professional-grade equipment that is regularly maintained.
- Fusion Studio will not be held responsible for unavoidable technical failures such as camera/drone malfunction or memory card corruption.
- No refunds will be given for work that has already been executed or delivered.

- कैमरा/ड्रोन की खराबी या मेमोरी कार्ड खराब होने जैसी अपरिहार्य तकनीकी खराबी के लिए SK Star Studio ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
- पहले से किए गए या वितरित किए गए काम के लिए कोई धनवापसी नहीं की जाएगी।
3. Booking & Cancellation
- Advance payments made during booking are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed only if the date is available and prior notice is given.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur extra charges based on team allocation and preparation done.

4. Client Photo Selection
- Sk Star Studio provides a curated selection of the best photos from the shoot.
- Clients are expected to review and approve the final selections in a timely manner.
- Album or print delays due to delayed responses are not the studio’s responsibility.

5. Additional Services & Deliverables
- Digital and printed photo albums (as per the selected package).
- Edited video content in HD or 4K resolution on pendrive.
- Full video coverage of all traditional rituals (haldi, mehndi, pooja, wedding, reception, etc.).
- Original unedited footage can be shared upon request.

- सभी पारंपरिक अनुष्ठानों (हल्दी, मेहंदी, पूजा, शादी, रिसेप्शन, आदि) का पूर्ण वीडियो कवरेज। अनुरोध पर मूल असंपादित फुटेज साझा किया जा सकता है।
6. Promotional Use of Content
- SK Star Studio reserves the right to use selected images and video clips for portfolio, website, and social media promotions unless the client declines in writing at the time of booking.
